The Assessment process is designed to accurately and objectively gauge the developmental level of a leader in light of a competency model in order that the leader might best understand how to grow in his/her evangelistic leadership.

 

Since 1990 ICPC has utilized the assessment process to evaluate and train leaders for church ministry. Over 1,000 leaders in various denominations have been evaluated to determine their ministry skill strengths and develop strategies to improve areas needing development.
